Import fleet tracking transactions from Comdata into Vehicle Tracking.

| Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Vehicle Tracking> Menu Security > Import Comdata Transactions. |
Use the drop down calendar to select the GL Entry Date.
Select the Processing Type of Proof or Final.
Enter up to 18 alpha-numeric characters as a Reference for the import.
Select the location of the File to import. The file should include Vehicle reference, date, code, description and amount.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
